More thin-slicing and blink

I found this interesting article online: http://atomiq.org/archives/2005/02/thinslicing_user_interviews.html

It talks about how an employer has considered limiting the time of interviews for potential employees due to blink theory ideals, however it is interesting to note that the employer does believe in giving a select group of people more amount of time to elaborate about themselves. I think that for the majority of the time blink theory and thinslicing works on people, but I believe if you develop yourself and surround yourself with worthwhile and amazing and unique experiences, then people will not want to thin-slice you and will actually want to better know you.
