Microsoft Attempts to Buy Yahoo Again

I'm a little torn on this because I respect that microsoft is standing up to google and expanding their offerings but I have to question purchasing yahoo when it's floundering. New management would definately help to create a new business strategy but that still doesn't garuntee greatness.
