Charles Harris the author of the book, "How America Elects its President's is suing Oprah for allegdely reading out loud the exact questions that were in his book on her show on February 16, 2009 without giving Charles Harris credit. Harris is suing for Oprah's profits or statutory damages of $150,000. There has been no comment from Oprah.

I haven't heard anything about this but one would think that Oprah having been on tv as long as she has would know what is and is not acceptable when it comes to giving rights to people for their work. I think that his suit is completely reasonable, well not completely, but I think Oprah has what's coming to her. Sucks for her, but it's not like she doesn't have the money anyway.
